Jacksonville, Fla.
- No. 3 Lipscomb earns its first ASUN Championship victory since 2016 defeating No. 6 NJIT 4-0. The Bisons advance to the semifinals Saturday where they face No. 2 North Florida at 5 PM ET.

Right out of the gate, the Bisons controlled the game clinching the doubles point with help from duo Viktoriya Dzyuba/Denise Buberl as they defeated NJIT's Holly Matson/Rafaella Sampaio 6-3. Then Lipscomb's No. 2 pair Madeleine Brooks/Kateryna Popova sealed the deal beating Amanda Helminsky/Mayar Eltony 6-4.

The Bisons' success carried on into singles play when Dzyuba gave Lipscomb a 2-0 lead on Court #1 against Advaita Saravanan. The lead was then extended to 3-0 as Denise Buberl dominated in straight sets 6-0, 6-2 at the No. 4 spot versus NJIT's Sampaio. To clinch the win, ASUN Freshman of the Year, Kateryna Popova took over the reigns and defeated Eltony 6-2, 6-3 placing the Bisons in the semifinals for the first time in two years.
