2017 #ASUNWSOC Season Preview: Jacksonville Dolphins

LakePoint, Ga. With the 2017 ASUN Women's Soccer season around the corner, we scope out our eight conference squads in preparation for the 25th season of ASUN Women's Soccer beginning August 18.

Jacksonville enters its 10th season under head coach, Brian Copham this year. Copham is JU's all-time leader in vcitories with 82 and has led the Dolphins to an appearance in the ASUN Championship in every season since 2008.

Jacksonville adds six to its roster and returns 20 players including key starters, Joelle D' Entremont, Sope Akindoju and Jessica Shaffelburg. Goalkeeper, Sara Wicks is also back for her senior season, recording 100 saves last year alone. The Dolphins take on their first opponent, Charleston Southern, August 18 in Jacksonville.
